This training aims to cultivate talents in floral design crafts who will learn and practice technological knowledge in planning, designing, producing, maintaining, and managing decorations with functionality and aesthetics of both indoor and outdoor spaces mainly using flowers with expertise in floral decorations.

– Accurately identify the goal of the trainee through consultations at the beginning, middle, and end of the training and fulfill the needs of the trainee.
– Observe the employee’s adaptation to work, determine the source of the maladaptation, and seek solutions so that they can adjust.
– The unemployed trainee will be provided with job information on a continuous basis via the institution’s network, and the institution will assist the trainee in learning practical skills in the field until they find employment.
